. We charge $4.75/lb. hanging weight ( 600-640lbs), plus butcher fees ( $550-$650)

averages out to roughly $7.50/lb. total beef ranges from 370-420 lbs.

360-420 lbs total 

160-200 lbs ground beef (depending of your choices)

Beef Patties ($1.00 extra per pound) you choose amount

50-70 lbs of steaks( ribeye, new york, porterhouse,t-bone, sirloin, skirt, flank, etc)

50-70 lbs of roasts( Chuck, Pot, Top Round, Sirloin Tip, Eye of Round, etc)

the rest could be a mix of organs, Stew meat, Ribs, Brisket, 

We also include Hot dog and Beef jerky add ons for an additional charge
